The 24th Annual Conference of the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark. The conference is organized by two centres at Copenhagen Business School, the Center for Law, Economics and Financial Institutions (LEFIC), in cooperation with the Center for Corporate Governance.

Call for Papers

Those interested in presenting a paper are invited to submit an electronic copy of the paper outline attached to an e-mail message to both lefic.ivs@cbs.dk and eale2007@cbs.dk. Please make sure the outline is at least 2 pages long.

The
submission deadline is April 1st, 2007.

Papers may be on any topic in or related to Law and Economics with particular emphasis on:

1. European and International Law and Economics

2. Property, including Intellectual Property

3. Torts and Crimes

4. Contracts and Contractual Regulation

5. Corporate Law and Economics and Corporate Governance

6. Legal Rule-making, including Litigation

7. Market and Non-market Regulation

8. Law and Public Policy

9. Behavioral Law and Economics

10. Constitutional and Administrative Law and Economics

11. Bankruptcy and Financial Regulation.
