A comparison of Danish and American regulatory regimes.

Two leading law and economics experts on the regulation of contaminated land, Professor Hilary Sigman (Rutgers University and the National Bureau of Economic Research) and Professor Howard Chang (University of Pennsylvania Law School), will discuss current policy issues and compare Danish and American regulatory experiences with a group of representatives from the Danish Enviromental Agency, including Cand.Jur. Dorte Hermansen and Civil Engineer Ole Kiilerich.
