Partners and executive students, where you will meet Claus Flinck, Chief Information Officer, PFA Pension.

Claus Flinck will elaborate on what to do when strategies get puffed and it is time for another approach. He will give us a tale of how to make sure that strategies vibrate concurrently with employees.

He will present the story of how a management team succeeded in rethinking their strategy approach and secured a lasting momentum in the implementation.
