New fellows at Center for Corporate Governance

From the Fall 2005 Randall Morck from University of Alberta and Henry Hansmann from Yale University will be connected as fellows with Center for Corporate Governance.

Both Hansmann and Morck are prominent researchers in the area of Corporate Governance and have participated in Corporate Governance related arrangements at CBS such as the workshop

Corporate Governance of Closely Held Firms, which was co-organized by Centre for Economic and Business Research (CEBR) and Center for Corporate Governance in June 2005.
