Strategic Design in the Experience Economy

The experience economy will create changes in various arenas. It may be expected, that future enterprises will mix private/public/ngo modes. It seems likely that staged, emotional, dramatic experiences will account for an increasing part of the economy. Based on preliminary findings from a few casesstudies the presentation will emphasise some design challenges following the experience economy.
