Copenhagen Business School has appointed Torben Juul Andersen Research Professor of Strategic Management. Torben Juul Andersen will be associated with Center for Strategic Management and Globalization.

About Torben Juul Andersen

Torben Juul Andersen holds a masters degree in economics (cand.polit.) from the University of Copenhagen, an MBA in finance and international business from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and a PhD in strategic management and finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA.

He worked for a decade in the international financial industry in various executive roles including positions as Vice President for Citibank, N.A. and Citicorp Investment Bank Ltd. and Senior Vice President for Unibank A/S before turning to academia through completion of doctoral studies.

Torben has been a productive researcher and has, so far, published five books and more than 30 academic articles several of which have been published in top-tier journals.
