Corporate Social Responsibility – a Competitive Advantage?

Seminar arranged by WELL

Monday, April 16, 2007 - 14:00 to 16:00

WELL presents Shell, Novozymes, The Confederation of Danish Industries (DI) and Folkekirkens Nødhjælp in a seminar and debate on CSR.

Can companies gain a competitive advantage through CSR? How can CSR be aligned with profitable business? What are the motivational factors that drive CSR? And how far does the responsibility go?

These are some of the questions that we have asked the speakers to consider. Regitze Reeh, Head of Communications at Shell Denmark and Claus Frier from the Sustainability Development Center at Novozymes will tell about how their companies manage to combine CSR with a profitable business. These will be challenged by the views of Caspar Rose from The Confederation of Danish Industries and Mattias Söderberg from the Danish NGO Folkekirkens Nødhjælp. We will open up for discussion with Anne Roepstorff, from the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy at CBS, as moderator.

No registration needed.
