Paul du Gay and Signe Vikkelsø publishes new article

Academic Director Paul du Gay and platform member Signe Vikkelsø have just published an article entitled "Exploitation, Exploration, and Exaltation: Notes on a Metaphysical (Re)Turn to 'One Best Way of Organizing'"in Research in the Sociology of Organizations (vol.37). They argue that proper balance between exploitation and exploration cannot be theoretically deduced or metaphysically framed, but should be based on a concrete description of the situation at hand
