Visiting Associate Professor

From march to July

It is a great pleasure for Department of Intercultural Communication and Management to welcome Dennis Schoeneborn.

Dennis is joining cbsCSR as a Visiting Associate Professor from March 1 to July 31, 2013. He will collaborate with Mette Morsing and colleagues as part of the RBB project. Dennis is coming from the University of Zurich in Switzerland where he works as a Senior Lecturer/Researcher in Organization Studies and Corporate Communication.

Research interests

His main research interests include organization theory, organizational/corporate communication, computer-mediated communication, and CSR. Within the field of CSR, he is doing research on the dynamics of decoupling in CSR standardization, on the role of social media in stakeholder communication, and on reconsidering CSR from a “communication as constitutive of organizations” (CCO) perspective.
