There's an Elephant in the Board Room when it Comes to Innovation

While innovation is arguably one of the hottest business topics today, leadership often overlooks one of the most critical success factors in driving new growth opportunities - letting go of control and highly tuned processes to embrace the necessary level of uncertainty and surprise required for business breakthroughs. The goal is to create a structure and repeatable model for the inherently unstructured process of identifying, creating, testing, and launching new products, services and business models.
