CBS has now launched the new programme administration system STADS, which provides students with smarter self-service. The Programme Administration encourage students to check if their data is correct.

Sign up for exams or semesters or withdraw registrations with just a few clicks. These are some of the advantages of the new joint university programme administration system, which is now up and running. CBS has moved student data from one programme administration system to another. The system is accessible from e-campus, CBS' student intranet. Students can find personal information and information about their programmes and courses.

-    We have done everything we possibly can to make sure that the data on 89,000 students, 437,550 results, 12,448 credit transfers and 280 programme regulations have been moved properly. However, if any information is lacking, a result or a credit transfer, students are kindly asked to send an email to help@student.cbs.dk, and write ’stads-support’ in the subject line, or come see us at the Student Hub, says Rie Snekkerup, Director of the Programme Administration.
-    The programme administration system has been shut down for the past three weeks, while the data were transferred.
The changes that CBS received during that period will not be shown on e-campus before the Programme Administration has been able to enter the information into the new system.

In 2014, the student self-service will be expanded with new features: registration for teaching activities and exam and the possibility of applying for leave and exemptions.
