My current academic interests are the organizational and bargaining implications of remote working and the implications for democracy of increased digitization. I teach in negotiation and conflict management in organizations.
With a background as M.A. in contemporary history and social studies and a Master in Public Governance I have worked with general management, strategic communications, marketing and branding over the past more than 30 years both in organizations and as an external advisor and both in private and public sectors.
My previous positions have included that of VP corporate communications at the VELUX Group, information manager with the Danish Pension Fund Administration (PKA), and deputy manager of GiroBank’s communication department prior to the merger with Bikuben. I have also been deputy director of ABC Public Relations, and a partner and co‑founder of Bottomline Communications, head of communication in the Danish National Police and the Municipality of Rudersdal.
I supervise in the fields of crisis communication, change management, organizational communication, and negotiation. I supervise in Master Thesis, BA report and Internship Report.
External Lecturer in Political Science and Danish Politics at the Danish Naval Academy.
Guest lectures: general corporate communications, social media and crisis communications.
