Erik Molin specialises in market analysis and diversion ratio analysis and has extensive experience in providing economic advice in connection with merger control issues (the Merger Regulation and sections 12-12h of the Danish Competition Act) in relation to the largest and most complex Danish mergers. Erik provides advice to businesses concerning competition economic aspects within all areas of competition law, including in respect of horizontal and vertical agreements (TFEU Article 101 and section 6 of the Danish Competition Act) as well as in respect of undertakings holding dominant positions (TFEU Article 102 and section 11 of the Danish Competition Act). In addition, Erik has extensive experience in providing advice on civil law disputes, including in relation to preparing economic argumentation, establishing counter-factual scenarios, and calculating damage claims. When not teaching at CBS, Erik Molin heads Gorrissen Federspiel's Economic Analysis practice group (see https://gorrissenfederspiel.com/en/employees/erik-molin).
