Presentation

My research explores issues of national, cultural, and linguistic diversity, particularly in global teams and organization, as they relate to leadership, as well as learning, creativity, and innovation. I have a significant interest in how diverse groups communicate and enact leadership, and my current research is motivated by multiculturalism and global inequality at work. Prior to joining CBS, I was a postdoctoral researcher at the Technical University of Denmark, and I obtained my PhD in Management (cum laude) from IESE Business School, Barcelona. I am a member of the Global Committee of the Organizational Behavior Division at the Academy of Management, and the editorial review boards of Academy of Management Review and Advances in Global Leadership. At CBS, I sit on the study board of Business, Language and Culture.
