Invitation to Diversity Day 19th of March 2015

Diversity Day is the day that the importance of diversity and sustainability is impressed upon CBS students. The day focuses on best practices in companies – how do they use core competences for creating a financially and socially sustainable organization? Companies are invited to join Diversity Day by having a stand at CBS, Solbjerg Plads campus as good examples.

The purpose of the Equal Opportunities Office is to create a CBS with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion both internally in our own organization and in educating future business leaders. One way of increasing awareness is the organizing of events that introduce this theme to the 20,000 students at CBS as well as to our researchers and administrative staff. In particular, we do this on Diversity Day on March 19st. On Diversity Day, we wish to focus on best practices in companies, How they use their core competencies in creating an organization which is sustainable both financially and socially – in other words the good business case. During the day there will be numerous activities that focus on different aspects of diversity. Among these are a theatrical performance, a panel debate, a human library and a lecture by Asger Ryhl from UN women etc. Your participation will both show that you are frontrunners in this area and help underline to students as well as staff that danish companies are determined to work with diversity and inclusion.  
 
We would like to invite you to have a stand at CBS, Solbjerg Plads campus, where you can represent your organization and its progressive CSR work and at the same time help us stress that working with diversity and inclusion is essential.
