Florence Villesèche is Assistant Professor and Marie Curie Fellow. She holds a Ph.D. and MSc in Business Administration from the University of Geneva, as well as an MPhil in Anglophone Studies. For her doctoral dissertation, she received an Emerald/EFMD Highly commended award 2012 for outstanding doctoral research. At CBS, she is currently conducting an extensive research project on the role of networks for women’s access to board positions, for which she was awarded a Marie Curie Fellowship from the European Commission. Her research interests are networks, gender, boards of directors, identity, institutional work, discourse, and discourse analysis methods.
