We have joined the SSRN Legal Research Paper series

The CBS LAW Research Papers are active on SSRN from January 2019. The papers can be found at http://ssrn.com/link/CBS-Law-LEG.html.
The series has two functions: first, it is a depository of CBS LAW’s scholarship and second it is a distribution network.

SSRN’s searchable library contains abstracts, full bibliographic data, and author contact information. The content can be accessed at http://papers.ssrn.com
SSRN’s objective is to provide rapid, worldwide distribution of research to authors and their readers and to facilitate communication among them at the lowest possible cost. In pursuit of this objective, SSRN allows authors to upload papers without charge. In addition, any paper an author uploads to SSRN is downloadable for free.
