Ole Lando 1922-2019

CBS LAW is very sorry to announce the death of Ole Lando, a Professor since 1963, at the age of 96.

Ole was one of the pioneers of European Law in Scandinavia and one of the most prominent legal scholars in Denmark. He will particularly be noted for his work in the European Commission for Contract Law, which he established in 1980, and which published the Principles of European Contract Law under his chaimanship. He will be much missed.
