Peter Koerver and Michael Tell have contributed to the 2nd edition of the book “International skatteret – i et dansk perspektiv”

Peter Koerver and Michael Tell, both from CBS LAW, have contributed to the 2nd edition of the book “International skatteret – i et dansk perspektiv” published by Hans Reitzels Forlag. The book provides a thorough introduction to international tax law seen from a Danish perspective and contains numerous illustrations, examples, cases and questions for students’ self-assessment.

The first edition received extremely positive reviews in Ugeskrift for Retsvæsen, Signatur and Nordic Tax Journal. Among other things, it was stated that “… true to its intention, each chapter of this book makes extensive use of cases, examples and figures. The layout of the book is also intended to encourage to use the book by the care that has gone into its presentation and production.” And “ […] Students who follow courses in international tax law, while reading this book, can, unquestionably, be confident that they will be able to obtain a good introduction to the world of tax international tax law”.
