My research project centers women accountants, their professional identities and career trajectories. I am interested in examining concepts such as value, talent, gender, morality/ethics and temporality.
My background is in social anthropology, and thus my research builds on anthropological analysis and ethnographic fieldwork. I have previously studied maternity leave in Denmark and the ontological and ideological consequences of this, especially in regards to women’s work and career. Regionally, I am interested in the Global North, primarily Denmark.
