My research primarily focuses on spatial economics, especially urban economics and economic geography. In particular, it deals with understanding how spatial frictions and the spatial distribution of individuals, firms, and factors of production affect macroeconomic outcomes like productivity and inequality, with important implications for economic development and welfare.
