Incubation as model for organising and leading innovation-processes from/with larger/established businesses

Abstract:

We want to develop a training package supporting a new process design, organisational approach and leadership philosophy regarding innovation in larger organisations or inbetw een larger organisations and SMEs. This package should be adjustable to varying Innovation support systems, but notably build on the idea that incubation in one form could be a model also for corporate innovation. The purpose with developing this material is for it to be used in supporting innovation, particularly corporate innovation and innovation in collaboration between SMEs and larger companies. This development w ill draw on several research studies of incubator environments and incubator models. The project has access to incubators in Skåne and to SonyMobile in Lund.
