Presentation

Sarah Maria Denta´s primary research concerns climate law.  Sarah is also interested in the area of research within collaborations between public and private parties, especially in regard to the green transition. In recent years, most of her research has specifically focused on plastic pollution. 

Sarah has, together with Professor Christina D. Tvarnø and Associate Professor Henrik Andersen, established the climate law-focused research group NRLCLE (Nordic Research Lab for Climate Law and Economics) at CBS LAW. You can read more about the research group here.

Furthermore, Sarah is also interested in the areas of public procurement law and legal methods for both research and teaching
