HCA Spring Hackathon 2019

Through decades Ennova has collected data from global companies. This data is structured by Ennova’s model that connects “drivers” (reputation, cooperation, job content, etc.) with “engagement” (satisfaction, motivation, faithfulness and loyalty). Ennova analyzes this data and shares the insights with the organizations at the unit level (usually teams above 5 individuals).
 
Could these accumulated data be used in even more ways? Can we create other interesting variables from the data? What kind of models could be tested if we combine Ennova data with internal corporate data? Join us at Hackathon and find out!
