Agency director for almost two decades working with defining brand platforms, doing strategic planning, producing creative work and developing digital products and services for leading brands at top tier agencies.

Established the consultancy, JONG, in 2016 with focus on assisting clients in digital transformation projects as well as using transformation as a springboard for rebranding / repositioning companies and redesigning operational models. Has most recently served as a Director at EY Advisory leading digital customer strategy projects before becoming a co-founder at Berg + Jong Advisory Partners. Co-founder and Chairman of the Danish Digital Awards since 2015. Frequent keynote speaker / guest lecturer at CBS.
