We need a closer link between undertaking new initiatives and evaluating them. This should be done much more systematic and targeted and should be established as a part of the work with reforms from the first phase. Only in this way a professional dialogue during the change processes can be enhanced and only due to this we can improve the elements for enabling a greater level of productivity.  This argument is put forward by Carsten Greve in the article.

The Productivty Commission recently lanuched a new report about the public sector, and it is in this relation that the two researchers now point out that the politicians should be more thorough on following up on the consequenses of diffferent reforms, making the knowledge more comprenensive in public sector innovation.
