The Copenhagen MBA climbs in the QS Global MBA Ranking 2021
Every year, QS World University Rankings evaluates global MBA programmes based on Employability, Return on Investment, Entrepreneurship & Alumni Outcomes, Thought Leadership, and Class & Faculty Diversity. Compared to last year’s ranking, the Copenhagen MBA climbed from a global rank of 26 to 24, placing the programme among the top 10% of global business schools. In Europe, the Copenhagen MBA ranks 11 - among the top 16% of regional business schools.
“In times of uncertainty, offering quality education is more important than ever,” says Poul Hedegaard, MBA Director at CBS. “We continue to provide an MBA experience that is internationally recognised and carries a quality stamp that lasts a lifetime.”
A ranking area where the Copenhagen MBA performed exceptionally well was ‘Thought Leadership’. Respondents were asked to nominate specific universities and business schools that they believe conducted cutting edge research.
“There are many dimensions to an MBA programme but providing research-based education that can stand the test of the real-world is at the heart of the Copenhagen MBA,” says Andreas Rasche, Associate Dean for the Copenhagen MBA. “We are proud of the fact that our faculty are at the forefront of their respective fields. This shines through their teaching.”
This year, 258 programmes hailing from 40 countries participated the ranking. To view the full ranking, please click here.
