The CBS EMBA recognised among the top 20% programmes in QS Executive MBA Ranking 2020: “My business skillset has increased dramatically”
On 30 June 2020, QS released their annual Executive MBA ranking, revealing that the CBS EMBA retains its position as a top 15 programme in Europe. Globally, the CBS EMBA earned place 27, placing the programme among the top 20% globally.
141 global EMBA from around the world were included in this year’s ranking, which evaluates programmes in five categories: Career Outcomes (20%), Diversity (10%), Employer Reputation (30%), Executive Profile (15%), and Thought Leadership (25%).
Overall, the CBS EMBA scored above the global mean in four out of five categories. Its strongest performance area was employer reputation, derived from employer feedback across sectors and industries.
“Delivering excellence to our sponsoring organisation is at the heart of the CBS EMBA,” said Poul Hedegaard, CBS MBA Director. “On top of the programme’s rigorous content and curriculum, we equip participants with the skills and knowledge to drive change in their organisations and their own career. It is great to see that employers pick CBS as their preferred institution when it comes to upskilling, retaining and hiring talent.”
Or, in the words of recent EMBA graduate Mila Varela Chouciño, who moved from Brussels to Copenhagen mid-course to take up the role as Head of Labour Relations for Maersk:“My business skillset has increased dramatically, particularly in leadership but also in handling and understanding data and in terms of decision-making. The skills I’d acquired on the EMBA perfectly equipped me for my role.”
