Welcome to the new Executive MBA class!

On Thursday 25 February, 30 senior executives representing 28 different organisations marked a career milestone as they kicked off their exciting and challenging CBS Executive MBA journey. Together, the class boasts almost 500 years of work experience and each participant joins with more than eight years of managerial experience. 30% of the participants are women.

What are their expectations for the learning experience ahead?

"I expect to gain an understanding of the mechanisms that influence an organisation's ability to perform and achieve great results," says participant Jane Dahl, "I am also very excited to be part of a high performance network where mutual inspiration, knowledge sharing and a bit of healthy competition will keep me motivated for continuous professional development!"

Welcoming the new class was alumnus Mads Mortensen, who graduated with an Executive MBA from CBS in 2015: “It was a pleasure and an honour to stand before the new class. I instantly revisited the feeling of sitting in that very chair myself, ready to embark on this fantastic and life changing journey!”
