Abstract:

The purpose of the project is:- to pre-investigation into management's impact and influence on innovative learning environments.- to develop a model to determine which type of management that generate the best results concerning the relationship between creative learning environments and high level of competence, and which is able to develop children and young people's competences in developing ideas, innovation, and enthusiasm.
