Chinese Business Behavior from a Western Perspective

The first session in our Chinese Culture and Society Lecture series will provide introductory background knowledge about the Chinese mindset and how it influences Chinese behavior and business etiquette in an intercultural setting. In order to obtain a better understanding of the Chinese small simulations will be presented. We will be focusing on main trends and recent dynamics in Chinese business culture.

How to build a trustful relationship to a Chinese
How to read Chinese body language
How to optimize our interaction with the Chinese?
After the presentation there will be opportunities to pose questions and present own experiences from interaction with Chinese colleagues or customers.
