Grades, transcripts and re-take/make-up exams

Grades

You will be able to see your grades on e-campus on 31 August 2012.

If you are conditionally accepted to a Master’s program at CBS and have informed the Admission’s office that you take ISUP courses, then the Admission’s office will check your grades in our administrative system, and you do not have to submit your grades to the Admission’s office. However, if you have not informed the Admission’s office that you take ISUP courses, then you should take a print screen of your grades from e-campus and submit it to the Admission’s office.

Transcripts

All international students will receive a transcript, confirming the courses taken and grades received.

Nominated students from partner universities in the UK and non-European partner universities will have their transcripts sent directly to their coordinator at the partner university. Transcripts of students from other European partner universities as well as transcripts of European freemovers and non-European freemovers will be sent to students' postal addresses.

All Danish credit transfer students (merit) and Open University students will receive an electronic copy of transcript to their CBS email address.

CBS students taking ISUP courses as elective courses and as mandatory courses will not receive a transcript/certificate for ISUP (your grades will appear on e-campus).

Re-take and make-up exams

Re-take and make-up exams will be held 2-5 October 2012. Home/project assignments for the re-take exams will also be given in this period. The specific dates for make-up and re-take exams will be available latest 31 August, 2012. If you are entitled to take a make-up or re-take exam and wish to do so, you will have to actively sign up for it by contacting the ISUP Secretariat at summer@cbs.dk from 1 September, after the announcement of the exam dates and grades on e-campus.
