Reading just for fun
Summer is here and you might want to swap your scholarly literature for an interesting novel. Save yourself the expense and a trip to the public library by taking out fiction from CBS Library.
How to find fiction at CBS Library
Enter author or title in Book Search, if you already know what you are looking for.
Another approach to finding fiction is to search the nationality of the author. Combine the term “fiction” with a specific geography, e.g. Fiction USA. In this way you will be presented with all the novels whose author is American, e.g. “Freedom” by Jonathan Franzen.
Use “advanced search” if you only want novels written in a particular language.
Find inspiration – explore the bookshelves in the basement
We have arranged the novels according to author nationality and provided them with a numerical location identifier. Find the numbers on the ends of the bookshelves and lose yourself in a world of tales.
