Research talent Prize to Peter Feldhütter

PhD from CBS is among this year's recipients of the Nykredit Research Prize

Peter Feldhütter finished his PhD in finance at CBS in 2007. He continued as a Postdoc in finance before he went to London Business School where he holds a position as Assistant Professor.

Awarded by the minister

Peter Feldhütter has conducted research in the measurement of credit risks and has just received Nykredit's Research Talent Prize 2011 worth DKK 100,000, which is awarded to a young and promising researcher. The prize will be awarded on Thursday 10 November by the Minister for Science, Innovation and Higher Education, Morten Østergaard.

Peter Feldhütter has published articles in international journals, his research has been highlighted by the American Finance Association and in 2006, he received an award from the Western Finance Association within the area of quantitative investments.

Nykredit's Researcher Prize 2011 of DKK 500,000 went to Peter Norman Sørensen, Professor at the Department of Finance at the Copenhagen University.
