Seminar arranged by CBS and CNN.

In early November, Americans will decide who will be in the White House for the next four years. This seminar addresses some of the current issues surrounding the election, including historical, economic and moral issues and the role of international media.

Moderated by Martin Krasnik, host of DR’s television programme Deadline, this will be a dynamic seminar with brief contributions by each of the speakers. Following the presentations, members of audience have the opportunity to ask questions to the panel.

Kim Nørgaard, CNN’s senior international editor, acting as a regional co-ordinator for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Responsible for the planning and co-ordination of news out of CNN’s 18 bureaus in the region.

Martin Krasnik, MA in Political Science, Foreign editor (on leave) at Danish newspaper Weekendavisen. Currently hosts the news and debate television programme Deadline.
