Dr. Erik Braun Has Entered the Promotion Track to Full Professor
It is with great pleasure that I can announce that Erik Braun now has entered the promotion track to full professor.
Erik’s research focuses on public branding and marketing for places such as cities, regions, and nations. He is interested in the interplay between governments and other stakeholders in managing place branding and marketing strategies in an increasingly competitive and digital marketplace. In particular, Erik studies extensively participatory place branding and how it affects the behavior of residents, tourists, and other groups.
In his publications, Erik combines insights from branding, marketing, psychology, public administration, tourism, geography, and economics. He has published in leading academic journals in his field such as Public Administration Review, Public Management Review, and Tourism Management.
Congratulations, Erik.
