Industrial PhD: Talent development in Hummel A/S (HUM/CBS)

Abstract:

This Industrial PhD project seeks to investigate what talent is at Hummel, as well as how talent development is conceptualised and undertaken at Hummel. Furthermore, it investigates how development, implementation, effectuation, and results of a talent development programme at Hummel would look, focussing on achieving organisational efficiency at Hummel. The project will look at talent development in other businesses in the danish fashion- and clothes industry in order to assess what Hummel can learn from these and vice verca.
