Endowed Professorship 006: Professorship in Leadership in Corporate Governance

Abstract:

The professorship will attend to research and teaching about enterprise foundations at a high international level, as well as attending to dissemination activities by contributing to elevating public awareness about the foundation model in Denmark and abroad. International dissemination should be assigned a special focus, as the corporate model is as little known outside of Denmark. It is also likely that Danish enterprise foundations can learn from the experiences of large international counterparts.
