Management and Organisation in Gymnasiet and VUC (Ledelse og organisering i gymnasiet og VUC)

Abstract:

The case investigation will be organised as a network project consisting of about 3 networks of 3-4 schools, which will internally share knowledge and collaborate on developing their professional pedagogical management and organisation. The schools will primarily be stx/hf, but one will be a VUC. Institutions with hhx/htx can be included. CBS will set the criteria for how to make up the networks are conected, as well as a short description of focal points of investigation. The networks are expected to meet 3-4 times to discuss themes selected in collaboration with the CBS researcher managing the project.CBS researchers from Centre of school management at the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy of CBS will prepare a written report containing researchial processing of the cases. Reporting will follow up on themes from the report from planning conferences and will focus on the managerial and organisational forms, that exist at the schools and courses.
