Partnership on Integrated FM (Integrated FM)

Abstract:

Recently, Nordea and ISS signed an outsourcing contract on integrated facility management services. As one of several means to facilitate a learning process the two parties have invited professor Torben Pedersen and professor Bent Petersen, both Department of Strategic and International Management, Copenhagen Business School, to supervise a case writing project. The case should be prepared for use in teaching at university level (e.g. at Copenhagen Business School) as well as for use in internal company courses. By phrasing a hypothesized dilemma the case will lead up to a management discussion of what Nordea and/or ISS can, or should do, in the future. Recently, Nordea and ISS signed an outsourcing contract on integrated facility management services.
