CBS LAW hosted JURFAST authors' meeting

JURFAST (Juridiske Rammer for Forskeres Anvendelse af Sundhedsdata) is an interdisciplinary research project, supported by Lundbeck fund and is a collaboration between the University of Sourthern Denmark, Aalborg University, Aarhus University, Copenhagen Business School, the University of Copenhagen and Odense University Hospital. Professor Kim Østergaard, Associate Professor Marie-Louise Holle and Assistant Professor Vishv Priya Kohli are the main participants in the project from CBS LAW.

The primary focus of the project is to uncover the legal framework for the use of health data for research. The project aims to clarify the content of the rules and thus improve the conditions for research for the benefit of patients and public health in Denmark.
