CBS LAW hosts introductory course for members of Commercial Legal Aid

CBS LAW hosted a full day introductory course for Commercial Legal Aid members, in order to make them even better at their job in the Legal Aid.

On 26 March 2019, the introductory course was held. It consisted of six sessions concerning different areas of law. Assistant Professor Vish Priya Kohli focused on Intellectual Property Rights law. Followed by Professor Søren Friis Hansen who cast light on the subject of Public and Private Limited companies. Hereafter, Professor Kim Østergaard shared his knowledge on the vital aspects of Contract law.

After the first three sessions a coffee break was held.

The afternoon session included presentations by advocate Gunvor Happe on VAT and ownership agreements followed by a session conducted by Professor Peter Arnt Nielsen in collaboration with Gunvor Happe on review of instructions. The course ended with a session conducted by Christina Haaning on review of inquires and procedures.

The introductory course was interspersed with interesting discussions and thought-provoking questions.
