Commercial lawyers at CBS establish legal aid for entrepreneurs and smaller businesses
The board of directors of Commercial legal aid is constituted of three members of the FEJ Board of directors, two external legal teachers at CBS Law, lawyer: Gunvor Sundgaard Happe and chief justice: Christian Lundblad, the court on Frederiksberg and professor: Peter Arnt Nielsen, CBS Law (chairman).
The purpose of Commercial legal aid is to offer free legal advice in the field of business law for entrepreneurs and smaller businesses. The association will start the legal aid on 13 September 2018 at 17:00, where it is inaugurated. The association is located at the court of Frederiksberg. Legal aid is provided in the form of general advice, but without any concrete case handling. The associations website is under construction, see: http://ejrh.dk/ .
As mentioned, the association consists of business law students from CBS who voluntarily and unpaid provide legal assistance. The association of Commercial legal aid can further draw on a number of external teachers as well as internal researchers from CBS Law, who are volunteers.
The establishment of Commercial Legal Aid is aligned with the fundamental strategy of CBS, which includes promoting entrepreneurship and CBS’ School of Entrepreneurship (CSE). The CBS School of Entrepreneurship helps students, researchers and the business community to start businesses.
For all interested, the inauguration will take place at 17:00 on 13. September 2018 and you are all invited. Enrolment is not required.
