Conference of Nordic Company Law

On the first day at the conference, the topic discussed was "Abuse of companies" and three themes were covered, namely:
- distinguishing between abuse from non-abusive use of companies
- tackling abuse in company law
- tackling abuse in other areas
On the second day, the focus was on the development of company law in the Nordic countries as well as current research.
