Henrik Andersen presented ELI project at AEAJ conference on 14 October

Associate Professor Henrik Andersen was invited by the Association of European Administrative Judges to present the European Law Institute project: “Climate justice – new challenges for law and judges” at their conference in Lisbon on 14 October. Henrik Andersen focused in particular on the scope and limits of the emerging principle of substantive due process as well as the principle of prevention of public international law.
