Marie-Louise Holle has published new article on the Denmark-Greenland Thule case

Associate Professor Marie-Louise Holle has published a new article titled the ‘Then’ and the ‘Now’ of Forced Relocation of Indigenous Peoples: Repercussions in International Law, Torts and Beyond in the journal European Public Law (by Wolter Kluwer).

Specifically, the article deals with the Thule case seen through a prism of torts and international public law. The article is especially interesting now, as Denmark and Greenland have decided that their relationship shall undergo a quite thorough examination, which will include the 1995 Thule case.
