New research article by Jaakko Salminen on private international law

Assistant Professor Jaakko Salminen has just come out with a new research article called 'Private International Law, Global Value Chains and the externalities of transnational production: towards alignment?'.

The article pursues to answer how situating global value chains to relevant jurisdictions can be such a challenge to private international law as well as how to balance between states and other actors interested in regulating GVC externalities.
