Professor Peter Arnt Nielsen has been published in the Journal for Private International Law

Professor Peter Arnt Nielsen of CBS LAW has written the article "The 2019 Hague Judgments convention - from failure to success?". The article has been published in the Journal for Private International Law (online).

In the article, he discusses the 2019 Hague Convention on Recognition and Enforcement of Judgements in Civil and Commercial Matters and concludes that the many compromises adopted during the negotiations are likely to lead to a broader acceptance of it.
