Presentation

Marie-Louise Holle’s research focuses on climate litigation, torts, and contracts.
Holle is a member of Columbia Law School’s Sabin Center for Climate Change Law Peer Review Network. Her research in climate litigation continues her long research in liability, torts, and litigation. Holle is now also a Sabin Center rapporteur for five jurisdictions (Madagascar, Monaco, Namibia, the Seychelles, and the Vatican). Additionally, Holle has also joined the Sabin Center’s research group for corporate liability and climate change. Holle was one of the speakers at Columbia Law School’s Sabin Center end-of-year webinar in 2023.
Recently, Holle was appointed to the editorial board of Climate Law, a European peer-reviewed journal.

She is a member of the Climate Law and Economics research group at CBS LAW. Read more about the Climate Law and Economics research group here.
