The Association of Commercial Legal Aid

The board of directors of Commercial Legal Aid is constituted of two external law teachers from CBS LAW, three members of the FEJ Board of directors, a lawyer, a chief justice, the court of Frederiksberg and a chairman (Peter Arnt Nielsen from CBS LAW).

The purpose of Commercial Legal Aid is to offer free legal advice in the field of business law for entrepreneurs as well as smaller businesses.

The Association consists of business law students from CBS who voluntarily and unpaid provide legal assistance. The Association can further draw on a number of external teachers as well as internal researchers from CBS LAW.
